Rev. Michael C. Oliver
District Superintendent
Rev. Michael "Mike" Oliver is a native Floridian, having been raised in Palatka, located on the St. Johns River in northeast Florida. Rev. Oliver’s home church is Trinity United Methodist Church in Palatka. He received an Associate of Arts degree from St. John’s Community College in Palatka in 1971. [more]

Patti Moxley
Administrative Assistant
Patti began her ministry with the Florida Conference by accepting a position at St. Andrew UMC in Brandon, as a Financial Secretary/ Receptionist. Being a military wife, a move occurred every three years. After her husband retired from the US Army, the family returned to Florida. She then accepted a position with First United Methodist Church in Titusville as Administrative Assistant. During her 10-year stay at First UMC, she attended PAUMCS training in 1996 and is certified as a United Methodist Church secretary. Patti came to the District office in June, 2004. Patti has been married to her husband, Joe for 32 years. She has 3 sons: Carl, Jeff and Mike and 2 grandsons: Tyler and Kent.

Linda Graham
Administrative Assistant
Linda came to Florida from Auburn, Massachusetts in February, 2006. She and her husband of 25 years, Dick, live in Ft. Pierce, enjoying the community in which they live. Linda came to work at the District office in December, 2006, as the Financial Assistant. She brings 20+ years of financial knowledge, along with her Massachusetts accent. (what accent?) Linda and Dick are members of Community Church of Vero Beach. They have 3 children, Kevin, Mike, and Kelly, and 6 grandchildren: Brendan, Brittany, Tiff, Jake, Kasi, and Kevin.

Linda Mobley
Church Health Consultant
Linda Mobley has served the church since 1974, first as a Youth Director, then as a Director of Christian Education, becoming a Diaconal Minister in 1985 and a Deacon in 1997. She attended St. Paul's School of Theology and Scarritt College, graduating with a Masters in Christian Education. In 1998, Linda began a new ministry in the Orlando District called "Outreach and Revitalization" - working with 13 declining and dying churches in an effort to help them turnaround. In 2001 she discovered Natural Church Development - a process churches have used with an 85% success rate in improving church health and turning declining churches around. In 2002, OAR became Healthy Church Initiative with a new focus - a wellness paradigm for churches instead of a remedial one. Since then Linda has been proactive in getting churches into Natural Church Development. She has been trained as an NCD coach and a trainer of coaches and cluster leaders.

Michelle Zink-Colan
Communications Consultant
Michelle is a Certifed Candidate for Deacon with the Florida Conference Atlantic Central District and a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary holding an MA in Christian Ministry. Michelle served with Samaritan's Purse for three years coordinating Florida churches for Operation Christmas Child. She has an MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL and 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
